My Version of the Chick-Fil-A Grilled Market Salad

My Salad

Salad Ingredients:

  • I used a bag of Fresh Express Spring Mix Salad
  • Shredded Carrots (I forgot to add them before I took the picture, sorry)
  • Grilled Chicken (I cooked it on the George Foreman Grill)
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese


Dressing Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard (I used the honey one)
  • 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


1.  Combine vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in a medium bowl; whisk to blend.

2.  Stir in mustard; mix well

3.  Slowly add oil while whisking; mix well




For the chicken I used a combination of these seasonings, except I used onion
powder instead of garlic.  Season chicken to your liking.  These were purchased
from Sam’s Club.
