Here are some random dumbbell exercises that you can incorporate into your
workout routine.

If you don’t have any dumbbell’s there are plenty of things around the house
that you should be able to use such as:

– A gallon of water
– Rice bags
– Canned foods
– Books
– Your kids :)
– Laundry detergent bottles
– Reusable grocery bags with heavy stuff inside and etc.
