21 Day Fix Extreme Shirt


Hello! My name is LaToya, and I am beyond happy that I decided to make a lifestyle change. I feel
better than I have in a long time. Well, my weight gain all started when my husband and I tried for
a while to have a second child.  Just when we thought it wouldn’t happen we had 3 more kids back
to back. The next thing I knew, I was tired ALL the time, barely getting sleep and eating late. Of
course that brought on more weight.


I had to be placed on medication during my last pregnancy, and the medication I was given was
known to cause joint pain. I was taking this medication for 8 months of the pregnancy! After
the baby, it was REALLY difficult to even walk. I could barely walk to the bathroom without almost
crying because my knees hurt that bad. I talked to my doctor about it and he said that I’d probably
be that way for the rest of my life. I quickly replied, “I don’t think so!!!”.

From then on, even though it hurt, I did maybe 5 lunges and or squats a day until my knees felt
better (of course with proper form). When walking became easier, I started taking spin classes.
Spinning was the best thing I could’ve done because my knees felt great! This is when the fitness
junky was born :)


I took a spin class twice a week for a few months and then moved on to my weekly kickboxing class
that I’ve been taking since June of 2013. During this time I used an app to track my calories,
incorporated strength training, and made sure to eat every three hours. Before I knew it I was
down 50 pounds!

Nowadays I’m doing Les Mills Combat, PiYo, Turbo Fire & 21 Day Fix Extreme along with
drinking my Shakeology once a day.  If I can do it so can you! It doesn’t matter where you
start in your journey. Just remember your goals, don’t give up and you will get there. Don’t
let anything stand in your way :)
